Q: How do I pay?

A: After placing an order, you’ll be redirected to the payment page. Choose your preferred method (PayPal, Wise, Bank Transfer, or Crypto) and follow the instructions.
Additionally, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay are available for US and other regions. For any other payment preferences or questions, contact us via Instagram @heartscabs or email.

Q: Can I pay in another currency?

Yes, we actually prefer payments in EUR.
However, since most of our customers are international, all prices are listed in USD by default.
You're welcome to use Google's currency converter to estimate your total in EUR, just make sure we receive the payment in EUR, not USD.
At this time, we do not accept payments in any other currencies.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Within 48 hours (delays may occasionally occur). You’ll get tracking by email/Instagram DM.

Q: Where can I track my package?

A: You’ll receive your tracking info by email or Instagram DM after shipping.Track your package on:

Q: How are measurements taken?

A: All items are measured flat unless stated otherwise. If you need specific measurements or sizing help, feel free to message before buying. (Please allow a 1-2cm error)

Q: Do you offer package insurance?

A: By default, packages are sent without insurance. If you'd like to add it, message us before placing the order, we’ll calculate the cost for your country.

Q: Can I return an item?

A: At this moment we don't not offer refunds. All sales are final unless the item is not as described.
