By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order ProcessAll orders are processed manually and are usually shipped within 48 hours (delays may occasionally occur). Once payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. 
2. PaymentWe currently accept manual payments via PayPal, Wise, bank transfer (IBAN), crypto. Orders will only be processed once the payment is confirmed. 
Additionally, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay and Cashapp after contact via Instagram @heartscabs or email.
3. Product AvailabilityMajority of items listed are secondhand and may have slight wear, every product is described honestly, and detailed images are provided. All sales are final once payment is completed.
4. Limitation of LiabilityWe are not responsible for shipping delays due to postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping info provided by the customer.
Note: If you pay via PayPal (Goods & Services): your package will only be shipped to the address attached to your payment. If this address doesn't match your order, we'll contact you before shipping.
